Is there a free trial?: Yes, and it does not ask for a card up front. Set up your services, add a client and send a real estimate — that is a fairer test than a demo call.
Can I change plan mid-season?: Yes. Move up when the crew grows and back down in the winter. Landscaping is not a flat twelve months and the billing should not pretend otherwise.
What happens if I cancel?: Your data stays yours. Ask us and we will provide a full copy of your clients, jobs and invoices, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are there per-invoice or payment fees?: Nothing from us. If you take card payments, Stripe charges its own processing fee, which goes to Stripe rather than to SodStack.
Do I need the Agency plan to use QuickBooks?: Yes — QuickBooks sync, Plaid bank feeds and Gusto payroll sit on the Agency plan, because they are the tools that matter once you are running full books rather than a shoebox.
